Shipping Information
The standard cost for shipping is a flat rate of euro 15. The shipping charge is non-refundable. In most cases, shipments will occur within 24 hours after your agreement forms are received by us. Ground shipping generally takes between 3-5 business days from shipment date depending on where you live.
Return Policy
If for some reason you think an item you've purchased from our online store is faulty then please mail us first before returning the item.
We find that in most cases 99% of problems are usually due to user error and can be fixed with an e-mail.
The customer is responsible for shipping costs when returning faulty goods to us, We will pay the shipping for returning replacement goods.
Refunds:
If you order the wrong item or wish to return part of an order we will refund the cost of the product
We will not be able to refund the original shipping costs as we've already incurred the costs ourselves when sending your order. You will be required to pay the shipping costs when returning items back to us.
The product must be returned in a marketable condition and in its original packaging. You must send back the item(s) in original packaging and include all parts in new condition. Refunds are given within 10 days of receiving the item(s) and original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable. Please call for further details. Item(s) not in compliance with the return policy are subject to a 25% restocking fee. To return a product simply mail us within 5 days of receipt of the goods.
All intended returns (RMAs) should be notified to us by telephone or email within 5 days of receipt of the goods.
Please use a registered delivery shipping service when returning goods. This way you are insured in case of loss or damage to your package. |
